
Product Liability
Kanner & Whiteley, L.L.C. has successfully prosecuted numerous lawsuits involving a wide variety of defective products. These include both individual lawsuits and class actions, as well as the coordination of product liability lawsuits in multiple states. Recently the firm prosecuted several suits against the manufacturers of armored vests and their component parts for alleged design defects. The firm is also prosecuting an action against the manufacturers of barges which have been coated with an alleged defective coating.
