In a ruling issued on August 2, 2016, Judge Matthew Kennelly of the Northern District of Illinois found that Medical Mutual of Ohio, represented by Kanner & Whiteley and The Simmer Law Group, had pled their RICO complaint with sufficient particularity, largely denying the Testosterone Therapy Manufacturer Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss.
