The Firefly Association for Civil Enforcement works to advance environmental and public health protection through civil enforcement, with a particular focus on strategic class action litigation. As part of its work, Firefly hosts professional forums and trainings aimed at deepening practical, research-based knowledge in environmental and public health fields, with the goal of developing impactful legal actions in Israel.
This webinar will focus on microplastics, examined from both scientific and legal perspectives, and will draw on experience from class action litigation in the United States. The program will conclude with an open discussion aimed at identifying tools and directions for developing and advancing class actions in Israel related to microplastics, environmental protection, and public health.
