Allan Kanner
Allan graduated from Harvard Law School in 1979, and then clerked for the late Judge Robert S. Vance of the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He founded the firm in 1981 and has since acquired a national reputation in the fields of complex litigation, environmental law, and consumer fraud in which he represents public entities and consumers.
Conlee S. Whiteley
Conlee is the managing member of Kanner & Whiteley and has been with the firm since 1994. She practices primarily in the areas of consumer fraud, pharmaceutical, antitrust and insurance litigation on behalf of public entities and consumers.

Elizabeth B. Petersen
Lili has been with Kanner & Whiteley since 1996, and is a member of the firm. She focuses primarily on environmental, natural resource damages, and complex litigation on behalf of public entities and consumers.

Cindy has been with Kanner & Whiteley since 1998 and is a member of the firm. Her practice focuses primarily on consumer protection class actions and insurance coverage litigation on behalf of public entities and consumers.

Annemieke Tennis
Annemieke joined Kanner & Whiteley as an associate in 2017. She works on behalf of plaintiffs in pharmaceutical and complex litigation primarily concentrated in the areas of consumer fraud, antitrust, pharmaceutical and products liability litigation.
David J. Stanoch
David joined Kanner & Whiteley in August 2020 as Counsel, and is part of Kanner & Whiteley’s complex litigation team. He focuses his practice on complex class actions as well as mass torts and mass litigation.
Chance E. Raymond
Chance joined Kanner & Whiteley in 2021 and litigates on behalf of environmental advocacy groups and states in the areas of climate change litigation, pollution abatement and natural resource damages.

Meredith joined Kanner & Whiteley in 2022 and focuses on managing the discovery process and issues arising in the context of various complex litigation disputes.
