On August 5, 2015, Allan Kanner will present at the International Network of Environmental Forensics annual conference in Toronto, Canada. Kanner’s presentation will focus on Natural Resource Damages Assessments (“NRDA”) processes and practices. Kanner will address the fundamental forensic issues concerning the forms and limits of an appropriate assessment of injuries to natural resources, as well as the role of the natural resource trustee in environmental decision-making.
