On February 24, 2021, Mr. Kanner’s article, “Climate Justice and The Public Trust”, 66 Loyola Law Review 445 (Summer 2020) was published in the Loyola University Law Review. This article was based on a speech Mr. Kanner gave at Loyola University’s Climate Justice Symposium that took place in March 2020 in New Orleans.
