Kanner & Whiteley Attorneys Facilitate National Ecosystem Restoration Seminar

On April 14, 2021, Kanner & Whiteley senior partner Allan Kanner led a day-long national program entitled Ecosystem Restoration, which brought together private and government attorneys, natural resource damage trustee representatives, and environmental consultants who are involved in environmental damage policy formulation, assessment, and claims.  Ecosystem restoration will continue to grow as federal, state and local governments address environmental damage, climate change and environmental justice in a variety of contexts.  This program addressed innovative concepts and approaches that have emerged from responding to major natural resource damage events around the country.  Kanner & Whiteley partner Allison Brouk presented on managing multiple complex litigation projects and stakeholders in the natural resource damage context in order to achieve a comprehensive restoration strategy.  A full description of the program can be found here.
