K&W settled a multi-million dollar class action on behalf of insureds of Louisiana Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, who were not paid overhead and profit associated with certain property damage claims following Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Proceeds from the Settlement Fund were mailed out to class members in September, 2011.
