In a fairness hearing on August 12th, the Court gave final approval to two proposed class action settlements in the Metformin Marketing and Sales Practice Litig. (2:20-CV-2324) filed in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey. Kanner & Whiteley has been appointed among class counsel for these class settlements.
