Judge J. Randall Corman, superior court judge for Middlesex County, heard oral argument on Plaintiff Anthony Vetter’s motion for class certification on June 22, 2018, and at the conclusion of the hearing, granted the motion, certifying a class consisting of all individuals and entities within the State of New Jersey who were billed by Defendants Guaranteed Subpoena Services, Inc., for attendance fee costs that Defendants did not incur from June 2010 to the present.
