Tulane Environmental Law & Policy Summit – March 5-7, 2026

Annemieke Tennis and David Ivy-Taylor of Kanner & Whiteley will be participating in Tulane Environmental Law & Policy Summit, taking place March 5–7, 2026 at Tulane University Law School. This annual conference brings together practitioners, academics, policymakers, and students to explore some of the most pressing environmental challenges facing communities today.

Kanner & Whiteley has long been committed to advancing environmental law through advocacy, litigation, and collaboration. Participating in the Summit allows us to share knowledge, stay engaged with emerging issues, and support the next generation of environmental attorneys. This year’s program features a set of panels spanning issues such as hazardous site redevelopment, water rights, coastal resilience, and emerging contaminants.

Our Team’s Presentations:
– Annemieke Tennis will be presenting on PFAS on March 5 at 3:10 pm CST, addressing the regulatory and litigation landscape surrounding these ‘forever chemicals.’
David Ivy-Taylor will be presenting on plastics litigation on March 6 at 2:00 pm CST, offering insights into current cases and evolving legal strategies.

The Summit will also feature panels on Brownfields redevelopment, Indian water rights, and coastal reclamation, making it a valuable gathering for anyone working in the areas of environmental policy, natural resources, and climate resilience.

We hope to see you there and encourage attendees to join Annemieke’s and David’s sessions and the broader discussions taking place throughout the Summit. CLE accreditation is available. You can register for the event and view schedule details at the link below:
